PostSubject: Rules and Regulations   Sat Feb 14, 2009 3:30 pm

Rules and Regulations:

1. Students, faculty, and alumni of Rhode Island College are permitted to use this site. All others must seek permission from the director of the Women's Studies program.

2. Please respect the thoughts and opinions of fellow posters, even if they differ from you. This does not mean you have to agree with them, but disagree thoughtfully and respectfully.

3. Respect the intellectual property of fellow students and faculty. Users are forbidden to reuse material created on this site without the consent of the author.

4. Keep topics clean and on point. Professors and moderators reserve the right to edit posts for content if they are inappropriate or inflammatory.

5. Objectionable behavior should be reported as abuse to your professor or a forum administrator. Users that partake in such behavior will forfeit their ability to use the forums and, in some cases, will suffer grade reductions.

6. Students are encouraged to read discussions taking place in other classes. The beauty of this forum is that it removes the walls of the classroom, and opens up the dialogue to everyone in the program - regardless of enrollment. Some faculty will even allow everyone to participate in class discussions!
